ABOUT PAUL
Paul Hiltermann has a degree in Communications & Behavioral Counselling Psychology alongside more than 20 years of corporate management and leadership experience (over 15 years as CEO and Non-Executive Director roles). He has lived and worked in several countries throughout Europe and Asia, developing critical corporate and cultural insights through hands-on experience in leadership roles in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, as well as Executive and General Management positions. Through the process of directing three complex Merger & Acquisition projects, Paul became fascinated by the intricate dynamics of Change Management, Visionary Leadership, Leadership Development and Coaching.
In 2005, driven by his passion for Leadership Development, he founded “Paul Hiltermann Consultancy” with the objective of combining his two areas of expertise into a unique consulting offering. Since then, Paul has provided his services to a long list of international organizations, working successfully with numerous senior executives and leadership teams across the globe to develop and optimize their leadership potential. Today, Paul is highly regarded in the field of addressing and solving Performance & Leadership issues by providing long-lasting and noticeable behavioral change.
Paul is originally from the Netherlands and is fluent in English, French & Dutch and has a working proficiency of German. Paul Hiltermann Consulting is headquartered out of Lausanne, Switzerland.
